Christian Stoinev began hand balancing at the age of ten. He began working with his partner Scooby (a now very famous Chihuahua) at the age of 12, and by the age of 13 he performed at the Youth International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo, where he won "Bronze" and "Prince Reinier III's Favorite Act" award.
Since then, Christian has continued performing with Scooby, and most recently Percy, and also developed a solo hand-balancing routine. In 2013, he graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2013.
In addition to performing as part of the Illinois State University Circus Program while in college, Christian has performed as part of Cirque Musica's Arena Tour, worked with Lone Start Circus in Dallas, TX.
Following a successful run on NBC's hit TV show, America's Got Talent (where Christian and Scooby were finalists), they have now become one of the better known and very popular NBA and NCAA halftime entertainers.
